Community Nutrition Network is currently one of the largest senior nutrition providers in the nation, hosting 22 program locations.CNNSSA serve's over 600,000 meals to 7,400 seniors in suburban Cook, Grundy, and Kendall counties each year. Through our Meals on Wheels program, We seek to improve the quality of life and provide nutritionally balanced meals to seniors who may not be able to: leave their home; afford or buy groceries; or cook for themselves. Our Community Cafe's allow for seniors to receive meals for a small donation so no senior goes hungry.
